PLEASE NOTE: Your event date(s) will not be confirmed and added to the calendar until your deposit has been made with Jimmy Bacon (LPFFA Treasurer).
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does it cost?
LPFFA Members: $250 Deposit / $100 Rental Fee
2 checks required at time of scheduling (one for deposit that will be held and 1 for the rental fee that will be deposited). IF you cancel in less than 30 days your deposit will be given back to you, but your rental fee will not.
Non-Members/Public: $250 Deposit / $800 Rental Fee
Deposit required to get added to calendar to hold the date. Rental fee is due 30 days before the event. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your event the deposit will be non-refundable.
2. What is included with the Rental?
Tables: 19 rounds, 8 short rectangle (3x6), 3 long rectangle (3x8)
3. How many people can the hall hold?
Occupancy is 340 sitting or 500 standing
4. Do you charge for any extra items?
Table Cloths (various colors) $3.00/piece
