Please complete ALL fields that apply to you. This is important for accurate record keeping and to verify your identity. IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT/RETIRED LPFFA MEMBER, AUXILIARY MEMBER, OR OTHERWISE ASSOCIATED WITH THE LPFFA YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A USER LOGIN. If you wish to create an email account please check the appropriate box. If you choose the email option, your email password and username (username@LubbockFirefighters.org) will be the same one you create here.

Do not use symbols (*&^%$#) in your user name.

Check all boxes that apply to you in the mialing list selection. If you are a LPFFA member check the member box. If you are a member and on the governing board, check both the member and governing board boxes. If you are a retiree select only the retiree box. You get the picture.

Your MEMBER ID is your city of lubbock employee number. If you are not a current employee (i.e. spouce/retiree) then leave this field blank.

Once you press submit, your information will be verified and your account will be activated in 24-48 hours (probably faster, however). A verification email will be sent to the email address you specified in the registration form.
